Under the general supervision of the Administrative Director of Outpatient Services, the Medical Office Coordinator assists in coordination and provision of secretarial support to the Physician Specialist Clinics. Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating daily activities of clerical section of the Physician Specialist Clinics.
Required Skills
1. Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficient of English grammar, punctuation and spelling. Ability to read and comprehend English in order to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.
4. Knowledge of supplies, equipment ordering and inventory control.
5. Excellent customer service skills.
6. Typing speed 40 wpm.
7. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Two years increasingly responsible customer service experience.
Education and Training
Associates Degree in Business or related Healthcare Field
