Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of all resident health records.
Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and facility policies when preparing medical forms.
Manage and improve the medical records system, identifying inefficiencies and seeking solutions.
Collect, audit, and process resident records for accuracy, quality assurance, and risk management.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation and signatures.
Participate in training, uphold safety regulations, and respect resident rights.
