The Pediatric Physiatrist will specialize in the physical rehabilitation and medical management of infants, children, and adolescents with disabilities, injuries, or chronic conditions affecting their musculoskeletal and neurological systems. This role involves designing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance the quality of life for pediatric patients while collaborating with families, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Required Experience
**Work Experience: **
- Prior experience working with pediatric populations in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.
** License/Registration/Certification **
- Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation; subspecialty certification in Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine is a plus.
- Current license to practice medicine in the state of Texas.
**Education and Training **
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a fellowship in Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine (preferred).
- Completion of a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
