Were treating cancer, one patient at a time. Join us and make a difference every day. Job Description The Talent Acquisition Group is seeking a Specialist I/II to join their team. Our Talent Acquisition Specialists function as internal Talent Advisors. We will fill the position as a TAG Specialist I or TAG Specialist II depending upon experience.YOU WILL:- Utilize creative recruitment methods to manage a high volume of job requisitions in a fast paced environment.- Conduct intake meetings and partner with front line hiring managers and HRBPs to fill positions timely, while maintaining fair hiring practices.- Conduct applicant assessments to effectively assess candidate suitability/eligibility for job openings based on selection criteria.- Recommend and schedule applicants for interviews with hiring managers for related positions.- Conduct reference checks, extend job offers to candidates, and negotiate compensation packages.- Document all applicant activity in the applicant tracking system to ensure that all information is current and in compliance- Provides continual updates on work progress and challenges to assigned Talent Acquisition Director.- Attend off-site job fairs and recruitment events.YOU ARE:- Capable of building strong partnerships and delivering customer-centric solutions.- Passionate about talent- Adept in behavioral based interviewing techniques- Familiar with a variety of sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter- Capable of anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple clients.- Energetic and eager to embrace new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.- Adept at building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and goals.- Flexible in your approach and demeanor in order to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstances.- Able to persuade and influence key partners utilizing employment and external statistics/dataYOU NEED:- A bachelors degree or high school diploma and equivalent experience- 3+ years of previous experience as a recruiter or sourcing specialist, or Human Resources knowledge is highly preferred.- Knowledge of Employment and EEO laws and regulations.- Excellent verbal and written communication.- Analytical skills and the ability to work in a high pressured environment.- Strong ATS skills (we use iCIMS!)- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, advanced Excel are a plus.
