    WORKDAY SR SYSTEMS SUPPORT ANALYST  FEATURED INFORMATION SERVICES METHODIST HEALTH SYSTEM DALLAS, TX, 75265-5999 Full-time · Day · 8:00 Req # 20056596 Your Job: In this highly technical, fast-paced, and challenging position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for our patients. The Sr System Support Analyst – WORKDAY, supports various departments including Finance, Human Resources, and Payroll.

    Your Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Information Systems or closely related field preferred
    • At least three years experience and working with WORKDAY software application
    • Workday Pro Certification in Security (preferred)
    • WORKDAY Reporting - (preferred)
    • WORKDAY Integration - (preferred)
    • WORKDAY Release Testing - (preferred)
    • Functional knowledge of HR, Payroll, Finance, or Supply Chain a plus
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Your Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for on-going system level support of WORKDAY application
    • May also be responsible for integration testing and user acceptance.
    • Program development
    • Assists departments with troubleshooting
    • Performs testing and implementation of services for WORKDAY
    • Communicate clearly and openly
