Key Job Responsibilities * Prepares and assures delivery of all infant/pediatric formula as ordered. * Inventories and maintains sufficient infant/pediatric formula room stock. * Calculates new formulations or standardized recipes and obtains verification of those * formulations with the registered dietitian responsible for the nutritional care of that patient. * Ensures proper maintenance of equipment. * Assists in training other Associates. * Ensures that communications are delivered promptly and properly. Communicates with patient care units and clinical dietitians regarding problems with formula orders, formula storage, or administration. * Prepares quality assurance reports and production summaries, as assigned.
