We're looking to hire an experienced Restoration/Mitigation Team Lead

Responsibilities:

Removal of affected areas, cleaning, and drying out of the space

Manage all aspects of a water damage, fire damage, sewage damage or mold damage job

Participate with the training of newly hired employees: Following training guidelines and realizing the importance of a well-trained employee to the success of the company/team morale

Mold remediation

Completing daily paperwork

Visual inspections of work after completion for quality, and done in according to regulations (IIRC)

Driving company vehicles to and from job sites

Responsible for equipment and materials on the job site

Ensure job sites are left clean of debris and trash, and ready for the next subcontractor(s), or re-occupation of homeowner

Manage time efficiently

Maintain professionalism toward customers and co-workers

Experience we would like to see:

• Water Mitigation
• IICRC Certifications or experience within Mold Remediation (AMRT), Odor Removal, (WRT & ASD), Fire & Smoke Mitigation (Not required)
• Ability to work independently autonomously
• Able to work within confined spaces at times; crawlspaces, attics etc.
• Must possess valid driver's license
• Clean appearance
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• On-call every 6-7 weeks (approx.)

Our home office is located in Mountlake Terrace; close to the I-5 and 1-405, which gives our technicians access to both west and east sides of the lake.
