This position will be based out of Seattle, WA. Job Description: The Fluency Direct Adoption Specialist is a member of a team that oversees the successful training and optimization of our front-end speech solution. The Adoption Specialist has primary responsibility in ensuring the optimal physician experience on initial training of the Fluency Direct product. This person will also be responsible for the ongoing optimization of the solution within their customers environments. This requires regular analysis of data as well as communication to the customer regarding best practices and optimization requirements. The position is also responsible for the onsite or virtual optimization deliverables which range from at-the-elbow physician education to workflow reviews in order to identify new opportunities for solution enhancements. The Adoption Specialist will also act as a liaison between MModal Support and the customer, ensuring that appropriate followup is provided. The position will also serve as a liaison between MModal Development and the customer, being a voice of the customer as it relates to product enhancements/issues. The position requires an excellent working knowledge of clinical documentation workflows, specifically clinician-created documentation within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR). The Fluency Direct Adoption Specialist will be responsible for training within various EMR systems, and must be able to learn new workflows and adapt the technology within a variety of applications. Key Responsibilities: * At-the-elbow physician training on MModals Fluency Direct solution * Onsite or virtual customer train-the-trainer certifications * Ongoing optimization of the Fluency Direct solution within various customer environments * Data analysis, with effective customer communication focused on how to improve results which will ultimately lead to higher physician satisfaction and adoption of the technology. * Creation and development of strong client relationships * Organizing and supporting the identification of key customer objectives and outcomes as it relates to the Fluency Direct rollout * Offering assistance and information, and escalating problems to subject matter experts as required. * Assisting clients in resolving / escalating technical issues to proper internal resources. * Understanding and communicating features and benefits of products and services.
