    Hours can be either 7am - 3:30pm OR 6am - 2:30pm

    Days of the week can either be Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday OR Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

    We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Specialist to join our facility maintenance team in Baltimore, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for performing skilled maintenance work across multiple trades, ensuring the optimal operation of building systems and infrastructure.

    • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair work across multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
    • Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on building systems and equipment
    • Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
    • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
    • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide solutions
    • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage
    • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
    • Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and contractors as needed
    • Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    1. * High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
      
    * Work experience in one of the following areas: Electrical, Plumbing, Steamfitter, HVAC, carpentry or a certification in one of the listed fields from an appropriate technical school.
    * Four years of experience in the primary trade. Two years valid technical experience in the secondary area of expertise with the ability to perform quality workmanship in accordance with accepted standards.
    * No experience required if entering Skilled Trades Apprenticeship Program.
    * Highly proficient technical skills in operating shop equipment, hand tools and measuring equipment, such as, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and voltage testers. Knowledge of pipe fitting, soldering, rigging, drilling, tapping and installation.
    * Effective verbal communication skills are required to work with management and clinical staff and external vendors. Effective writing skills are necessary to write deficiency reports on equipment and maintain required documentation. Ability to read complex technical equipment operation manuals.

    Compensation:

    Pay Range: $20.74-$33.42
