    Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopedics is recruiting for an Offer Development Analyst Intern. The position will be based in one of the following locations: West Chester, PA; Cincinnati, OH; Raynham, MA; Warsaw, IN, or Raritan, NJ.

    Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopedics provides contracting, supply chain, business services, and strategic solutions to customers and commercial intermediaries of U.S.-based Johnson & Johnson Orthopedics Companies, including hospital systems, health plans, distributors, wholesalers, purchasing organizations, government payer programs, and government healthcare institutions in the U.S. JJHMT also engages with customers to provide streamlined supply chain services for our products that seamlessly integrate with customer operations, address shared evolving market challenges to value-based care, and develop innovative solutions that improve patient care and access.

    Offer Development is responsible for the development and execution of contracting strategies for our customers. This includes the development and delivery of Contracting Strategies (contracting options / parameters by customer segment), Deal Desk (single point of contact, rapid response hub for developing contract offers), customer analytics (preparation of customer-ready analytics and materials for the field to support customer updates and negotiations) and CPC governance (rules and processes for approving deal exceptions). The Offer Development team works in close collaboration with Field Sales, Account Management, Contract Strategy, Contract Management and other partners such as Legal, Finance, Health Care Compliance, Government Compliance, etc. to put together the most appropriate offering (products, pricing, solutions and T&Cs) for the customer.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review Field Sales pricing requests ensuring adherence to contracting strategies and pricing matrices
    • Communicate with key stakeholders on offerings that are out of template and assist through analytics in developing contracting solutions that may require exception based approval
    • Support Field Sales organization with ad-hoc customer contracting scenario analytics.
    • Sheppard approved offering through Contract Execution department
    • Maintain appropriate documentation in accordance with company's compliance requirements
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals

    Qualifications

    • An undergraduate with concentration in Business, Finance, Economics, or Marketing is preferred.
    • Experience extracting detailed data sets from various sources, concatenating, and analyzing is a plus
    • Strong quantitative and analytic abilities to analyze and validate data
    • Excellent computer skills; Excel is a must other MS applications are a plus (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access)
    • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
    • Detail oriented, dependable and motivated
    • Interested in learning new things and comfortable taking the initiative to seek out projects or new areas of responsibility
    • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
    • Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
