JOB SUMMARY
The Record Copy Specialist is responsible for selling Ontellus products or services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. The Employee will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills. This individual will also develop his or her phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take proactive actions and questions on any Record Copy clients.
- Delivers a high level of customer service at all times.
- Meet and coordinate efforts with other departments to handle client inquiries.
- Keep CS Supervisor/Manager appraised of all client issues or backlog.
- Contacts prospective clients to explain features of services, cost, and advantages.
- Maintain business confidentiality relative to pricing, promotion, customer lists, and methods of distribution.
- Converts prospects and closes deals while maintaining established sales goals for the Record Copy department.
- Places a high volume of out-bound e-mails and/or calls to parties such as plaintiff’s counsel, co-defense counsel and medical experts to sell copies of records.
- Attain Monthly and Annual sales goals.
- Assists with password resets when necessary.
- Secures additional information for opposing and co-counsels.
- Assists customers with pricing questions.
- Identifies split parts after an order is placed and updates orders accordingly.
- Ensures billing is set-up appropriately.
- Ensures that paper copies are sent timely.
- Enters notes at the case level to track the sale of copies.
- Enters notes at the part level to track parts that need paper copies made and billed.
- Follows template to ensure that all key information is gathered and forwarded to appropriate departments.
- Excellent time and attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree + 3 Years of previous experience, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Previous Client Implementation and or Project Management experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to handle challenging client interactions
- Strong oral and written communication/presentation skills
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work both independently and with a team
- Outstanding interpersonal skill with, peers, superiors, customers, vendors, and other partners
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
- Ability to handle private health information confidentially and in line with company policies and procedures in compliance with HIPAA.
