    Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Orthopaedics Business Unit Integration Co-Op located in Raritan, NJ. Additional consideration will be given to candidates near a Johnson and Johnson MedTech site in Indiana, Pennsylvania or New Jersey.

    The Orthopaedics Business Unit Integration team is the strategic group that collaborates with Business Unit Operations, Deliver Operations (across all functions), and the Orthopaedics businesses partners across the E2E Supply Chain, Product Management and Value Stream teams. Our focus is on Operations Strategy Development, Value (P&L) Identification, and E2E Supply Chain connectivity process improvements (i.e. New Product Launch, S&OP, LRFP).

    Key Responsibilities:

    The co-op in this role will support the Medical Devices - Orthopaedics Franchise on various initiatives and projects and should have a good understanding of Supply Chain functions and their connection and impact to customers and across the Supply Chain Pillars.

    Base responsibilities include:

    • Maintaining/refreshing the New Product Launch Dashboard within PowerBI with opportunity to identify continuous improvement projects.
    • Concentrated on initiatives like developing PowerApps, improving PowerBI, and delivering additional focused projects in the future.
    • Ad-hoc Deliver improvement requests from supply chain partners

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • In college
    • Prefer a Supply Chain major

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    • The main attribute we are looking for is a self-starter / a “go seek” attitude as opportunities are not always obvious
    • Willingness to learn as the MedTech space has a pretty big learning curve for anyone – it’s a lot of information at one time.
    • An ability to see the big picture – as we work cross functionally a lot.
    • Excel proficiency.

    Preferred:

    • Prefer a Supply Chain major – it would be helpful to already have the basic background on concepts – to know common distribution and transportation “language” / terms.
    • Preference for this role would be a 2nd time Co-Op at J&J or with previous COOP experience at other firms within a Supply Chain function.
    • PowerApps, PowerBI and/or coding experience and/or knowledge.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $22 per hour to $51.50 per hour

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The anticipated base pay for this position is between $22 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Housing stipend will be offered for those that qualify. This position is ineligible for severance.
