Position Details: We're seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to work 25-30 hours per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week. The ideal candidate will be available to work weekly from 9 AM to 3 PM or 10 AM to 4 PM. Some evenings and weekends may be required, depending on scheduling needs.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting in the hiring process
• Interview and orientation competency
• Supervision of Field Staff
• Client Assessments
• Educating and Coaching Caregiver Staff
• Supervisory Visits of Caregiver Staff and Clients
• Developing Individual Service Plans (ISP)
• Collaborating as a Team Player
• Flexible Schedule (Part-Time Position)

Compensation:

• $60,000 annually (based on a full-time equivalent)
• Bonus potential
• Pay is based on experience

Qualifications:

• MUST BE A LICENSED RN IN NEW JERSEY
