The Executive Assistant is a key role in ensuring the success of the CEO by providing high-level administrative and organizational support. This part-time position is focused on managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing materials for engagements, and serving as a central point of contact for internal and external communications.
The role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to anticipate and respond to the CEO’s needs effectively. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO to streamline workflows, track priorities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
