The Director of Behavior Analysis position is responsible for supporting the quality of services within the agency regional area programs, participating in the global quality of service, and guiding the Clinical Supervisors clinical development, and reach across all program in the company.
Position details: This is a full-time position.
Job responsibilities of the Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner:
Provides clinical oversight of all services provided within regional area programs
Collaborates in the maintenance and development of new programs to service consumers
Clinically directs and guides assigned programs
Maintaining unbiased collaboration with all agencies providing community support
Supports the Family Behavioral Resources and AERI Behavioral Health brand strategy
Maintains a commitment to professional development
Adheres to professional and ethical interaction policies and procedures
Supports on-going and future business needs
Requirements:
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or similar human services field; BCBA required and professional licensure required upon 90 days of hire.
At least 5 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs; prior experience developing and implementing clinical programming based in the principles of ABA is preferred
