Horizon Health in Mission, SD is seeking a combination position for Patient Transport Driver and Custodian. The candidate will be responsible for keeping the clinic clean from top to bottom. Sanitizing surfaces, wiping down chairs, doors, windows, mopping floors, changing light bulbs, vacuuming, and ensuring that the facility is properly secure, and doors are locked. This individual must be committed to providing safe transport of patients to medical or dental appointments as scheduled by the clinic setting. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. *Must have a valid Driver's License and Clear Driving Record

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for transporting patients to and from their scheduled medical or dental appointments in a safe and timely manner.

Perform safe operation of a company owned transport vehicle following the daily vehicle inspection and equipment checklist.

Perform regular cleaning duties of the clinic.

Complete basic clinic maintenance.
