Job Description

• Provide physical therapy assistant services under the guidance of a licensed physical therapist.
• Deliver treatment based on the resident's care plan, including goals and discharge planning.
• Accurately document billing and resident progress in Optima HCS, including daily notes, weekly reports, recertifications, and discharge summaries.
• Implement ongoing treatments using current techniques, adhering to physician orders, APTA guidelines, and state practice standards.
• Participate in facility care plan meetings, rehab team meetings, company webinars, and interdisciplinary training sessions.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA program.
• Therapist must hold a valid license in the State of Maryland.
