Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Completion of appropriate License or Certification, including
  • Washington State License
  • Drug Enforcement Administration
  • National Provider Identifier
• Completion of residency
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (maintenance required)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous exposure to clinic environment
• Previous supervisory experience
• Previous teaching experience

Wage: Wage is $273,172 - $290,000, this is a guaranteed base salary plus production and quality incentives. Plus 10% employer contribution to pension plan.
