    We are searching for the best talent for a Planning Lead role within Advanced Therapies Supply Chain to join our TEAM!!

    As a member of the Advanced Therapies Supply Planning team, the Planning Lead is responsible for partnering with Raritan and Global Supply Chain colleagues to ensure planning readiness. They will project manage key initiatives in the planning function. This includes leading collaborative projects related to new product launches (clinical/commercial), and MRP changes in production processes, and process improvements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Author/revise bills of materials, technical documents, work instructions/standard operating procedures, in alignment with key projects, processes, and master batch records/operational practices

    • Own readiness of ERP systems data and planning documentation for key projects

    • Partner with key players including vein to vein, package engineering, operations, and quality systems to implement labeling/packaging revisions driven by internal plant and/or regulatory needs

    • Liaise with key internal and external partners in the creation of data in Legend's ERP system to ensure alignment with internal systems. Identify and implement integrated system enhancements

    • Cross-train with team members to develop planning capabilities and agilely support tactical business needs

    • Open planning-related investigations and drive related corrections/CAPAs in the event tracking system

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree is required, preferably with a focus in Engineering or Supply Chain

    Experience and Skills

    Required:

    • Minimum four (4) years of relevant work experience

    • Experience with Master Data Management

    • Experience in creation and/or usage of GMP Documentation

    • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence and partnership

    • Ability to develop, coach and lead in a matrixed environment to enable the execution and realization of departmental and company goals.

    • Proficient written and verbal communication skills

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

    Preferred:

    • Experience within one or more of the following processes: master production schedule process, inventory management, supply chain management, scenario analysis, and/or sales and operations planning

    • Experience with Planning Systems such as SAP, OMP, sIDMa, or equivalent systems

    • Supply Chain or Six Sigma Certification (e.g. APICS, Green Belt, Black Belt)

    • Project Management experience

    Other:

    • Requires up to 10% domestic and/or international travel

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $91,000 to $147,000

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
