    Job Duties:

    Provide process engineering and controls support to manufacturing equipment and processes. Plan and conduct activities related to the development of new processes, including researching current and emerging technologies; evaluating process cost, quality, and capability alternatives; and performing process characterization and optimization using designed experiments and problem solving and decision-making tools. Responsible for projects to improve quality, efficiency, cost control, processes, and/or productivity techniques. Optimize process output and efficiency, equipment utilization, equipment downtime, and waste reduction/yield improvements. Review and analyze data to resolve normal and non-normal data along with probable causes of non-normal results. Perform non-conformance investigations including NCR origination, bounding, product control, failure investigation, correction, and documentation within the non-conformance system. Responsible for periodic review and SOP creations/revisions for CME area. Perform audit observation remediation and daily GMP reviews including auditing logbooks, scrap request processing, material accuracy in JDE, and leading/conducting cycle time counts. Develop and maintain production standard and standard work documents. Develop, write, review, and execute engineering studies, design of experiments, and IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and other technical reports. Utilize failure analysis tools such as 5M analysis to conduct robust investigations. Analyze data and recommend actions for process, equipment, and system improvement.

    Requirements:

    Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Systems and Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Process Engineer 2-related occupation.
