    Purpose: The Product Director will be a core member of the brand team accountable for developing the consumer marketing strategy and executing tactical plans to launch Icotrokinra in its first indication, Plaque Psoriasis (PsO). The Product Director will report to the Group Product Director, Direct-to-Consumer Marketing for the Dermatology and Rheumatology businesses.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Manage creative agencies in the development of integrated Direct-to-Consumer advertising including TV, Digital, Social, Point-of-Care and other channels
    • Lead the creation of consumer digital ecosystem including website, CRM, social, video, display, search, patient testimonial, and other paid media
    • Shape in-office educational materials, including point-of-care activation, to support patients as they start and stay on treatment
    • Partner closely with internal partners to shape and implement communication, PR and advocacy strategy
    • Lead the ongoing assessment of the evolving competitive landscape and develop innovative and differentiated approaches to promote our brands to patients
    • Work efficiently with key internal partners and cross-functional groups (e.g., Regulatory, Medical, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely and compliant review and approval of promotional materials
    • Contribute to the ongoing development of media plans and work with agency partners to focus on return-on-investment (ROI), channel optimization, precision targeting and innovative thinking
    • Contribute to budget, annual business and strategic plans

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred

    Experience and skills:

    Required:

    • 5+ years of business experience
    • 3+ years of consumer marketing or pharmaceutical business experience including DTC experience
    • Leadership, business results, innovation, proactivity, and strong analytical skills with excellent overall ability to connect across functions
    • Experience of running multiple demands and priorities on time, leading teams, gaining alignment and drive decision-making is crucial to the success of this position
    • Strong interpersonal skills and influencing without authority
    • The ability to work in Horsham, PA location 3 days a week and travel up to 25% which may include overnight and weekend travel

    Preferred:

    • Dermatology experience
    • Launch experience
