    The Product Director, Professional Education, will support the recent launch of TREMFYA® in Gastroenterology for ulcerative colitis and upcoming launches, reporting into the Group Product Director. This is a critical marketing position on the Janssen Gastroenterology team to shape the strategy and develop implementation plans for this critical launch. The Product Director, Professional Education, will be responsible for the Professional Education strategy and execution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development of the Professional Education strategy and execution, in close collaboration with the internal cross-functional teams, incl. Marketing Operations and the Thought Leader Liaison Team, and external HCP Key Opinion Leaders.

    • Lead the development of Peer-to-Peer content and assets.

    • Lead the planning, execution and tracking of the National Faculty trainings and National HCP Broadcasts.

    • Lead the development KOL videos for leverage across multiple HCP channels.

    • Manage agency partners, ensuring rigor in project management, marketing excellence and exceptional execution of key tactics and deliverables.

    • Participate in advisory boards, congresses and attend scientific sessions where needed.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

    Experience and Skills:

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields, of which at least 2 years of marketing experience is required

    • Business experience in Sales, Sales Learning & Development or related fields would be helpful.

    • Your ability to be creative, agile and outcome oriented, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental.

    • You will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work across the marketing and cross-functional teams and with external agency partners and Health Care Professionals to be successful.

    • Previous Immunology marketing or sales experience with an infusion biologic as well as a subcutaneous injected biologic would be helpful.

    Other:

    • A deep understanding of the English language will ensure we effectively communicate our value proposition.

    • This position may require you to travel up to 30% domestically.
