As a Patient Care Retail Advisor, you will be an integral part of patients' well being. Retail Advisors provide outstanding customer service, meet daily sales goals, and demonstrate superior product knowledge to customers. You will create a shopping experience that will make the customer feel welcome, comfortable and informed. This will be a f/t position: * Monday - Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM * Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM * Minimum of one Saturday per month The ideal candidate will have at least two years of customer service experience, relevant experience in the nutritional supplement industry, have a passion for healthy, fit living and a passion for natural medicine with the desire to become a nutraceutical expert while performing the following duties: * Demonstrates consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customers individualized need

• Provides customer expertise in supplements, gluten free and healthy living and can recommend appropriate NutraCare products and services * Provides an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs * Ensures all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer * Takes complex customer orders using order systems and provides accurate pricing information * Customer engagement: Greets every customer in the store, reading customer cues to Match service level to their expectations, explaining the rewards program and its benefits while ensuring passionate, friendly, and helpful service. * Cashiering: Rings up customers while following Progressive NutraCare cash handling policies and register procedures. * Store operations: Maintains a clean and organized store. Includes but is not limited to picking up trash in the aisles, returning products back where they belong according to Progressive NutraCare standards, cleaning the sales associate counter and store, cleaning the front walkway/stoop of the store, and any other housekeeping items deemed necessary. * Merchandising: Unloads merchandise from trucks, places merchandise on the sales floor per Progressive NutraCare standards, completes markdowns, maintains clearance area standards, fills accessories, organizes and maintains the stockroom Qualifications: * Experience with heavy customer service, stocking, organizing, answering phones, and other traditional type retail responsibilities * A caring individual that is patient care oriented is required * Patient care experience is strongly preferred * Experience with supplements strongly preferred * 1 to 2 years Inventory/POS software experience required The best candidates must possess an energetic and joyful personality, professionalism and people skills, embrace our model for fitness and natural health, be incredibly detail oriented, possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
