    Job Description:

    Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Abiomed team located in the United States.

    This is a field-based role available in the United States. While specific cities are listed in the Locations section for reference, please note that they are examples only and do not limit your application.

    The Project Manager (PM) for Therapy Awareness is a duration role through September 2025, and will work alongside the Therapy Awareness Leadership Team and be responsible for leading projects to poise the program and scale for the next phase of growth. The PM will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation and execution of each project ensuring alignment with leadership and incorporating an analysis of results and future capabilities.

    This role requires strong collaboration skills and partnership with Therapy Awareness Leadership, Marketing, IT and Business Analytics, Commercial partners, and all Healthcare Solutions platforms. The role also requires strong knowledge of Therapy Awareness, including a strong understanding of the heart failure healthcare landscape, along with demonstrated strength and experience in leadership.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist Therapy Awareness leadership with current projects and initiatives related to therapy awareness workstreams, such as data management and construction of new data platforms, therapy awareness-oriented education programs, and ongoing internal team education
    • Work alongside Business Analytics and designated development committee to create new targeting tool within internal Abiomed systems
    • Work alongside IT business partners in the creation of additional metric and data tracking platforms for output of team effectiveness and growth measurement
    • Work alongside IT business partners in the refinement and evolution of Salesforce for therapy awareness, to include opportunity management
    • Oversee ongoing updates and improvements to internal resource platforms, such as Showpad.
    • Preparation of education plans for healthcare related awareness weeks to include cross-collaboration with media communications
    • Management of national quarterly virtual patient programs, to include coordination of associated Continuing Education credits, speaker preparation, and facilitation with TA team
    • Manage business partner collaboration among global healthcare solutions and the cadence of touchpoints and projects
    • Accountable for program tracking, acceleration, and analysis of projects.
    • Escalates appropriately to ensure issues are being addressed and elevated to the right level.
    • Develops project team meeting agendas and cadence. Ensures agenda-driven meetings that are efficient and effective.
    • Monitors and tracks action items and plans to ensure rapid follow-through and progress against commitments.
    • Leads without authority to champion team effectiveness, driving a culture of empowerment, urgency, accountability, achievement, and decision making.
    • Exercises judgment in planning and organizing work; monitor performance and report status
    • Perform other duties as assigned by director

    Job Requirements:

    • Must have BA/BS

    • 5-7 or more successful years of outreach or market/business development experience within medical device and/or cardiac pharmaceutical field. Proven experience in managing projects along with the professional relationships with multiple internal stakeholders to result in project completion.

    • Must have experience in the cardiovascular space with strong clinical acumen

    • Demonstrated success in partnering and influencing across a matrix environment

    • Strong ability to drive strategic planning and operational excellence

    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills and demonstrated leadership skills

    • Ability to use PC's and associated software and excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated organization abilities
