Basic Purpose: Collaborates in the planning, design, development and
implementation of Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) HRIS systems and
provides functional support. Analyzes and resolves system issues,
implements and tests changes and provides documentation. Analyzes life
cycle of business processes to conduct ongoing review of quality
assurance and cost effectiveness to the organization. Designs and
develops reporting and provides more complex analysis. Provides support
to HR Service Center to improve processes, maximize efficiency,
facilitate change and support new HR or Service Center initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities: * Conducts and facilitates unit and user
testing with different business groups * Interfaces and collaborates
with IT staff to maintain HR systems and keep them operational (People
Soft, Corner Stone, HP Service Manger case management system) * Creates
and documents systems functions, specifications, diagrams and data flow
- Analyzes and resolves system issues, develops workarounds, corrections
and enhancements, implements and tests changes, and provides written
documentation * Reviews and analyzes effectiveness and efficiency of
existing systems and develops strategies for enhancing business process,
operations, data process flow, and for improving or further leveraging
systems * Identifies causes of poor data quality, and develops and
implements solutions * Coordinates and performs in-depth tests,
including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of systems, conversion of data
to HRIS and other post implementation business continuity support *
Serves as primary contact for functional support and end users *
Develops and designs more complex reporting based on business need;
responsible for metrics requirements reporting and analysis * Develop
business requirements for enhancements, projects and process improvement
initiatives Review requirement and design documents with IT team and
ensure requirements are met * Develop test scenarios supporting the
business requirement document and test scripts supporting UAT * Execute
test scripts with off shore resources and review test results * Develop
user process and procedure documentation * Ensure SOX testing compliance
for projects and enhancements * Manage the project issues, risks,
dependencies and change control processes including compilation,
analysis, and formulating recommendations * Facilitate project /
enhancement stakeholder meetings * Design, develop, and publish training
materials and training support to business users * Perform gap, impact
and risk analysis to address issues identified and meet requirements
presented by the users * Perform analysis to identify root cause of
problems and propose solutions to the issues identified * Performs
System Security Reviews to ensure internal and external Audit compliance
- Administers System Security provisioning and de-provisioning *
Monitors and supports HRSC systems Case Management systems team queues

Preferred: * Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information
Technology or related field Work Experience: * 3-5 years of experience
as business analyst or similar role * 3-5 years of experience as a
applications analyst writing technical business requirements and working
with offshore and onshore * developers * 3-5 years of experience with
read/write SQL, build People Soft queries and SQRs Physical and Mental
Requirements: * Ability to read, write and speak the English language,
communicating clearly and effectively Other: * Strong understanding of
the software development process, including design, requirements
gathering, analysis, deployment, testing methodologies, training, change
management and production support * Strong understanding of business
processes and practices * Proven knowledge in the areas of operation and
analysis of databases, hardware, software, standards, project management

part of a team * Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast
paced environment * Ability to effectively interact with a diverse
population at all levels within the organization * Advanced customer
