Under direction of Chief Clinical Dietitian, is responsible for the preparation and delivery of all infant formula and breast milk. Preparation techniques must adhere to all sanitary regulations and standards established by regulating agencies and the health care facility, which should include compliance with policies and procedures regarding the preparation, storage and use of formula, Breast Milk and Prolacta (100% human, human milk fortifier).

WORK EXPERIENCE
One year experience working in a hospital diet office or in medical field. Experience with pediatric patient population preferred.
LICENSE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION:
Food Handlers Card.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
High School diploma or equivalent.
