    Responsibilities

    Evaluate and examine patients with injuries, conditions, or disorders of the musculoskeletal system.

    Develop an individualized plan of care that is consistent with examination findings, including any necessary outside referrals for emergent and non-emergent issues.

    Supervise physical therapist assistants and physical therapy students who are helping with the implementation of a patient's plan of care.

    Complete all documentation in a timely manner, including any communication required to physicians or other professionals on the care team.

    Participate in staff and clinical meetings and in-services.

    Qualifications

    Current, active Washington State license to practice physical therapy (or interim license pending).

    Clinical experience in the outpatient orthopedic setting

    Clinical experience working with the pelvic health population (preferred)

    Proficiency in electronic medical records systems

    CPR certification (required)
