This training is designed to ensure you have a deep understanding of every role, empowering you to effectively lead and support your team. The right attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are key to your success in this program.
As part of our commitment to ensuring long-term success for all of our leadership team members, newly hired General Managers will be placed in our GM Pathway Program upon completing training. This program is designed to provide additional time and hands-on experience to become proficient in our company’s policies, procedures, protocols, and standards, while also allowing you the opportunity to fully acclimate to our company culture and philosophies. During this transitional phase, you will be placed in the role of GM Pathway Manager to help facilitate a smooth and supportive transition towards the General Manager role.
This process is essential in ensuring that you have the skills, knowledge, and trust to succeed within our organization.
