Description: Provides a variety of routine and complex administrative, technical and professional work in assisting and administering the various components of employment, benefits and payroll. Provides guidance and assistance to employees on the various Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll related functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Establishes and maintains professional and effective working relationships with physicians, employees, and external working entities. * Assists with various aspects of new employee orientation, including gathering new hire paperwork, I-9 verification, identification badges and other relevant duties. * Assists with payroll and benefit functions and will be the key back-up for payroll and benefits functions. * Gathers, organizes and updates relevant employee information into Great Plains, HRIS, Taleo and Boss. * Processes benefit enrollments. Ensures information is properly entered into Great Plains, HRIS, and Boss. * Assists with reconciliation and balancing on the billings for group health, dental, life, vision, disability insurances and any other form of billing that may fall within the scope of employee benefits. * Assists with coding and submitting bills to accounts payable for payment. * Assists with leave of absence and FMLA documentation and functions. * Adheres to clinic policies and guidelines. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: * BS/BA in related field preferred. * Two years of experience in human resources, preferably with experience in benefits or payroll * Experience in Outlook, Word, Excel, HRIS applications.
