Responsibilities * Contributes to the productivity, effectiveness, and
efficiency of the department * Takes on difficult challenges, finds
creative solutions, and demonstrates ability to multi-task * Deliver
white glove service by extending the highest level of courtesy,
professionalism and friendliness in every interaction and touch point. *
Recommend tailored solutions that result in thorough issue resolution.
Provide meaningful and relevant knowledge and insight to Consultants
regarding their business. * Identify opportunities to proactively meet
Consultants needs to deliver customized recommendations and services;
focusing on value-added solutions. * Utilize a variety of resources
including search engines, websites and internal resources to research
Consultant requests with the goal of delivering meaningful and valuable
solutions with a premium level of customer service. * Utilize multiple
complex systems to accurately document, research and resolve Consultant
inquiries. * Maintain and exceed performance standards including
effectiveness, efficiency and quality. Works in a fast paced, structured
environment that handles inbound contacts from the phone, email and the
web. * Support the RF Connection, our internal product specialist
department with the knowledge and ability to provide answers to basic
product questions from our Consultants and their Customers. * Assist
with other duties as assigned by management General Competencies *
Analytical Thinking?Analyzing and interpreting account information,
focusing on details, relating various pieces of information together,
identifying trends, and understanding the root cause of problems as well
as successes. * Problem Solving?Generating effective solutions to
problems, considering unique aspects of situations, negotiating
compromises, suggesting alternative solutions, and balancing business
needs with individual needs (e.g., team member needs, customer needs.) *
Communication?Convey written information clearly and effectively through
both formal and informal documents. Convey information orally, in such a
way that the recipient(s) comprehends the message. Requirements *
Bachelors or Associates degree desired or equivalent job experience. *
Superior customer service and communication skills, both written and
verbal. * Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a white
glove or luxury industry is an asset. Prior experience in the
hospitality, travel, or entertainment industries a plus. * Skincare or
Social Marketing experience preferred. * Excellent organizational
skills, superbly accurate, and process-savvy. * Enjoys making a
difference through building business driven relationships. * Possesses a
pleasant demeanor and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in
high stress situations. * Demonstrates ability to work independently and
thrive within a team oriented department. * Internet savvy and
proficient at navigating multiple systems at one time. * Able to work in
a flexible schedule environment (including evenings, weekends, and
holidays). * Enjoys being punctual and maintaining an outstanding
attendance record. Ability to pass a business writing proficiency test.
- Successfully complete the Elite Consultant Support training program
within 90 days. *This position is located in our Bishop Ranch location
in San Ramon, CA.
