    Ethicon MedTech is seeking to hire a Shipping & Receiving Operator in San Lorenzo. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the Manufacturing Line Rhythm by replenishing Kanban supplies and delivering Material Kits to production operators.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform warehousing and material transfer duties, including packing and shipping.
    • Use Power Industrial Vehicles (PIV) to move finished goods and warehouse materials.
    • Support shipping logistics by preparing shipment documents and coordinating with transportation companies.
    • Organize warehouse inventory and ensure timely restocking.
    • Process incoming raw materials using ERP systems while following FIFO and GMP rules.
    • Stage and store finished goods, ensuring accurate packaging and shipping.
    • Maintain compliance with safety and quality management standards, including ISO and GMP.
    • Communicate any business-related issues to management.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
    • Valid driver’s license required; Commercial Driver’s License (Heavy III) preferred (or willingness to obtain).

    Availability:

    Candidates must be flexible to work various shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
