Job Description: A sales operations assistant will focus on supporting the CSA Sales & Membership by managing data, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations to drive sales efficiency. This will include:

• Distributing inbound leads to the appropriate sales team member
• Providing timely reports to sales leaders on an ad-hoc basis
• Assisting in edits to sales contracts upon request of the sales team
• Prospect list building
• Dashboard creation and refinements
• Creating process documents
• Supporting future projects that further improve the day-to-day operations of the sales & membership team

This is a part-time position with a minimum expectation of 10 hours per week.

This is an non-exempt position and you will be paid $20 per hour in accordance with the CSA's normal payroll procedures. Payment is on a semi-monthly basis by direct deposit.
