    Position Overview: Care to Stay Home of Spokane Valley is seeking an experienced and dedicated Scheduling Manager to join our team. The Scheduling Manager plays a critical role in ensuring seamless scheduling operations, maintaining client and caregiver satisfaction, and adhering to company policies. This position requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills. The Scheduling Manager oversees scheduling of clients and caregivers in our Spokane, North Idaho and Boise locations. This position offers a salary range of $60,000- 70,000 annually.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee scheduling processes and adhere to the Scheduling SOP to ensure no service failures.

    Communicate regularly with caregivers.

    Maintain accurate records of caregiver availability and desired hours, (availability, unavailability, and time-off requests).

    Manage a team of 2 remote schedulers.

    Monitor and follow up on all caregiver clock-in/clock-out records and call-offs.

    Perform caregiver-client matching to ensure compatibility and optimal service delivery.

    Collaborate with agency care managers on a daily and weekly basis regarding client requests.

    Participate in team meetings and provide updates on staffing needs.

    Handle any caregiver concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

    Obtain Executive Director approval for all overtime requests.

    Identify and escalate concerns to the Executive Director before they escalate.

    Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client and caregiver concerns.

    Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues with professionalism and efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

    Preferred 2 plus years of experience in managing staffing schedules

    Strong organizational and time-management skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Compassionate, patient, and empathetic towards clients and their families

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Ability to learn new technology and work with scheduling software

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    Able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening
