    As our Sr. Analyst, CVA, within the U.S. ECM organization, you will be responsible for timely and accurate review of contract compliance for Managed Care Organizations (MCO) and Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) Customers as it pertains to formularies and medical policy guidelines, and will communicate results to key stakeholders, including Customers, Account Management, and internal operations. This role is expected to manage various levels of complex accounts, lead and implement process improvements within the team, and support the internal department metrics and external analytics. You will foster relationships with Operating Companies, Business Partners, and Customers, and help identify additional opportunities to enhance the process, capabilities, and success of the department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that formulary and medical guideline positioning of J&J and competitor products are in line with contract terms
    • Identify potential rebates at risk and recommend corrective action
    • Build relationships with internal/external partners to enhance current Customer and internal processes
    • Identify areas of opportunity to streamline and automate internal processes and documentation
    • Lead outside of base business account compliance reviews to drive success within accounts and across the department and MCO/PBM contracting space
    • Provide direction to educate team members on system capabilities and processes in the team’s successful implementation of PBM and MCO contracts.
    • Participate and lead inter-company process improvement initiatives, compliance management and reviews, process integration initiatives, relationships with Operating Company partners and external customers.
    • Provide critical input to business units ensuring the effective translation of business strategies into compliant contract administration.

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree/certification preferred

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail, to effectively manage conflicting priorities, due dates, and results
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with internal and external partners
    • Strong Leadership and Communication skills
    • Self-motivated with the ability to think critically, challenge the status quo, identify trends, and problem solve

    Preferred:

    • Knowledge of the managed care contracting environment
    • Experience within the healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry/sector
    • Experience implementing and monitoring internal controls and/or business processes
    • Proficiency with MS Excel LOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
    • Experience with data analytics and presenting effectively to leadership

    • Requires up to 5% domestic travel
    • This position has an estimated annual salary of 77,000- 124,200 USD$

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
