    Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst, GTM. This role is located in New Brunswick, NJ.

    The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for tracking financial performance, providing financial support and leadership to the Global Talent Management organization. This role requires completing financial forecasts, reporting, and analysis of financial data to help influence business decisions and strategy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare financials and provide leadership support during business plan, forecast updates, and latest thinking. Identify potential risks or opportunities in meeting expected results and propose recommendations and solutions based on financial analysis and expertise.
    • Quarter-end close responsibilities (journal entries, financial reports, and FP&A support)
    • Develop strong business partnerships with Global Talent Management leaders across the HR areas of Enterprise Learning & Development, Employee Mobilization, and Decision Science
    • Responsible for various submissions and framing to Global HR FP&A throughout all financial cycles (business plan, forecast updates, latest thinking, quarterly actual vs. budget, headcount, etc.)
    • Ownership of J&J’s Global Moving and Relocation (M&R) budget which includes partnership with regional CFOs as it relates to Global Finance moves
    • Support budget up leveling and the implementation of new technologies to drive automation and efficiencies (SigniFi) and embrace the new ways of working
    • Other ad-hoc work based on business and finance needs

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
    • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in finance and/or accounting is required
    • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills is required
    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions)
    • The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required
    • The ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization is required
    • Continuous improvement mindset with ability to adhere to tight deadlines while autonomously collaborating with business partners is required
    • This position is in New Brunswick, NJ and may require up to 5% domestic travel

    The base pay range for this position is $77,000- $124,200

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
