Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) is a global organization responsible for producing and supplying medicines to markets around the world. This group collaborates with Research & Development and Commercial partners to deliver life-changing solutions for patients in need.

This Senior Financial Analyst position will provide financial support and analysis in the Global Consolidations group, playing a critical role in leading the Planning, Forecast, and Reporting activities for the worldwide Innovative Medicine Supply Chain results. This candidate will provide value added insights and analytics to leadership to drive overall strategy. This is a high exposure position with Senior Finance management in the Innovative Medicine sector and within J&J Supply Chain. The Senior Financial Analyst will also provide support for Ad Hoc financial reporting projects as necessary. The Senior Financial Analyst will also play a key role in shaping the IMSC SigniFi roadmap by partnering with key stakeholders and management on consistent adoption across both Actuals and Forecast cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination and consolidation of data for all Actual and Forecast cycles across the global network. Foster strong business partner relationships across global finance teams and supply chain functions (i.e. Group Finance, Commercial, FS&T).
• Leading Supply Chain CFO Reviews during Financial cycles
• Focus on data, analytics, and identifying insights of key business drivers and decision points within CNIS
• Gross Profit analysis for the Innovative Medicine sector of J&J and all related reporting to management
• Management deck preparation and review

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably a major in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
• Possess an MBA, CPA, CMA, or advanced certification are preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years finance or related business experience is required.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical and or medical device industries are preferred.
• Prior Supply Chain & Cost Accounting experiences are preferred.
• Must possess excellent analytical, presentation, and conceptual skills with a strong attention to detail, required.
• Must possess strong business partnering, communication, and interpersonal skills, required.
• Must possess the ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions is required.
• Must possess the ability to recommend, influence, and implement process improvements is required.
• This position will be based in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 10% of travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $77,000- $124,200

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
