Role Overview
The Health Systems P ractice is seeking a Senior Healthcare Communications Consultant to help lead key client projects with the nation’s most prominent healthcare brands. The work requires a strong communications foundation, excellent writing skills and demonstrated project management experience. This role is also essential in guiding internal teams to meet our clients’ needs in high-stakes moments of change, challenge and opportunity.
In some instances, the Senior Healthcare Communications Consultant will lead the client entirely, with guidance from a Vice President/Practice lead. At other times, the role will partner with practice leadership on complex clients, spearheading the execution of program tactics and the development of materials. At all times, the Senior Healthcare Communications Consultant will drive the day-to-day work for clients while assuring high quality and a collaborative team environment.

What you can expect from us:
Salary range: $ 95,000 - 110,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs. In addition, Chartis offers several benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness stipend, and additional voluntary benefits.
