This position is responsible to provide coordination of care for patients of the hospital/physician practice, including provider issues and managing assigned staff.

- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential issues.
- Ability to develop and supervise group of professionals, decision-makers and project managers.
- Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
- Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
- Ability to compose and edit technical or administrative correspondence.
Required Experience
Work Experience:
Three years of experience in a supervisory position with a medical practice.
B. Education and Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
