    The Sr. Analyst, Customer Data Management primary responsibility will be to ensure our indirect and direct sales data are ingested and processed into production systems accurately and timely with minimal business interruption. Additionally, a successful candidate will leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to support the analytical needs of the organization while partnering with global and IT partners to advance the organization’s analytics platforms.

    Additionally, this position will focus on leading to deliver sustainable outcomes within the US in the following areas:

    • Lead the sales inquiry case management process
    • Utilize analytical techniques and tools to manage day-to-day commercial operations data ingestion as well as system upkeep and protection
    • Lead and create quality control processes for the commercial organization including data validation, data testing, and quality control
    • Develop and support business process improvements by eliminating redundant steps and automating manual work. Create and maintain system safety-nets to protect data integrity and data flows
    • Lead the development and execution of new visualizations to elevate the overall commercial organization
    • Lead and coordinate detailed analytics while partnering with Marketing, IT, Customer Service, Account Managers, and Field Sales with a focus on process improvement
    • Partner with IT on system & process improvements that are required for the streamlining of commercial analytics

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of a BA/BS is required; advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or IT preferred
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of analytics and/or data analysis experience is required
    • Expertise in at least one scripting language is required (e.g., Python, SQL)
    • Experience using data, visualizations, and analytics to influence decisions is preferred
    • Prior case management experience is preferred
    • Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills is required
    • Experience in Sales & Marketing or Commercial Operations environment is preferred
    • Experience conducting formal and ad-hoc presentations to cross-functional partners is required
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and strong organizational skills are required
    • Ability to work in a matrixed environment is required
    • This position is located in Jacksonville FL and may require up to 5% of domestic travel
