    Job Description:

    We are seeking a diligent and highly organized Sr. Analyst, Payroll Enterprise and Strategy to join our team located in Tampa, FL.

    The candidate will be responsible and have the knowledge of end-to-end payroll, plus, a variety of payroll-related tasks, including acquisitions and divestures, SOX reporting, project support and delivery, savings plan support, reconciliation and reporting, banking validations, off-cycle processing, reconciliation, funding and support for various payroll operations supporting US, Puerto Rico, Canada. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in payroll systems, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and enterprise to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Payroll Enterprise & Strategy:

    • Administer all acquisition and divestiture implementation.
    • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address termination and mass exit situations effectively.
    • Saving Plan support, reconciliation, reporting and W2C related
    • Lead and support equity compensation.
    • Off-cycle process models
    • Payroll Control Center (PCCs)
    • Coordinate on-cycle payroll execution and provide backup support when necessary.
    • Facilitate mass off-cycle payments reconciliation.
    • Conduct daily validations to ensure accuracy in banking transactions, including funding.
    • Address discrepancies and implement solutions promptly.

    Project Support:

    • Participate in payroll-related projects to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    • Give to cross-functional projects that impact payroll operations.

    Assist in the development and implementation of enhanced end to end payroll systems and procedures.

    Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:

    • Facilitate communication with ADP and other service providers to ensure smooth payroll operations.
    • Support acquisitions and divestitures, changes associated with employee transfers.
    • Provide vendor support and maintain relationships with various payroll service providers.

    Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure and maintain compliance with all company, federal, state, local, and other applicable requirements, including SOX compliance, gross-to-gross, gross-to-net, master data audits and non-discrimination testing and project support testing for payroll operations.

    Reconciliation Tasks:

    • Perform reconciliation of savings plan deductions and general ledger reporting.
    • Analyze and match codes related to payroll discrepancies (Matchcode W errors).
    • Prepare and submit related reports (e.g., limit check reports, pension earnings).

    Support and Documentation:

    • Assist with executive life reconciliations and SOX audit support activities.
    • Help maintain documentation for compliance and provide ad hoc reporting as needed.
    • Contribute to the annual payroll calendar creation and support for annual audits, including PWC SP annual audit.

    Special Payments and Adjustments:

    • Manage special payments, including long-term incentives, car allowances, and transition pay requests.
    • Execute pension hours and earnings reports, ensuring alignment with plan requirements.
    • Collaborate on legal requests and ad hoc requirements from various departments.

    Case Management and Opportunities:

    • Address customer concerns and case management inquiries.
    • Maintain and deliver proficient SLA’s.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field, required.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll operations or related roles, required.
    • Strong familiarity with payroll systems: SAP, GlobalView, WorkDay, Kronos and ADP suite of products and accounting principles supporting US, Puerta Rico, Canada, preferred.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, required.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to lead multiple tasks effectively, required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams, required.
    • Demonstrate an advanced understanding of payroll processes, procedures, controls, regulations and compliance is required.
    • Demonstrate a proficient understanding of payroll transactions related to acquisitions, global mobility, moving and relocation, benefits administration, leave administration, equity compensation, and savings plans, required.
    • Ability to influence others, identify problems and recommend a course of action is required.
    • Experience working on daily tasks in conjunction with project work is required.
    • Able to process complex information and identify solutions that meet both internal and business partner requirements are required.
    • A sense of confidentiality, sensitivity, vitality in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution and an ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines are required.
    • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is strongly preferred.
    • Previous experience in a large multi-state company as a payroll analyst is preferred.
    • Experience in a Global shared service center environment is preferred.
    • Ability to handle ambiguous situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach is required.
    • Ability to excel in a team-based environment, demonstrating customer service and teamwork.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to successfully work with partners and colleagues to contribute ideas, find opportunities, and contribute to positive outcomes.
    • Knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in a customer service environment are essential.
