    We are searching for the best talent for a hybrid Sr. Customer Logistics Project Analyst in Somerset, NJ.

    Purpose:

    The Sr. Customer Logistics Project Analyst is responsible for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine clinical and sample order management process and will manage all activities required for setting up and launching clinical trials from the JOM distribution center. The ability to provide keen attention to detail and exhibit a strong sense of urgency are essential. Experience collaborating in a cross- functional and/or global team environment is required. Experience managing relationships with external customers and/or business partners is required. Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, personal accountability, customer focus, ability to work in a team environment and verbal and written communication skills are required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Serve as the JOM Clinical Supply Unit Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Transcend Project

    · Provide tactical insights and forge strong collaborative relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders.

    · Attend and act as the primary point of contact for the JOM Clinical Supply Unit at Transcend meetings and workshops, as well as other events relevant to the Clinical Supply Unit

    · Conduct research related to the Transcend project and identify solutions to optimize the launch for the JOM Clinical Supply Unit

    · Deliver Transcend project updates to JOM leadership on behalf of the Clinical Supply Unit.

    · Act as the primary CSU contact for project Quasar.

    · Enhance customer service and growth by maintaining strong relationships with both external customers and internal partners.

    · Oversee order processing and coordinate product shipments with the distribution center to meet customer requirements while optimizing costs and service.

    · Resolve customer discrepancies concerning data integrity, shipping issues, and operational challenges promptly.

    · Collect and manage customer inquiries accurately and timely.

    · Balance key business relationships with a deep understanding of customer expectations and internal policies.

    · Function independently on routine and non-routine tasks while possessing high-level leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills.

    · Collaborate with internal US and EU distribution centers to improve efficiencies and resolve issues through proactive process improvements.

    · Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other relevant documentation, providing training as necessary.

    · Support deviations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) related to order management.

    · Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including FDA and DEA guidelines, and assist with internal/external audits to maintain audit readiness for the JOM CSU.

    · Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of 3 days each week, with the option for 2 remote workdays each week

    · Requires ability to work off-hours and weekends when necessary

    · Requires up to 10% domestic and/or international travel

    Required Qualifications:

    · High School Diploma is required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

    · A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

    · The ability to handle complexity and work in a cross-functional environment

    · Strong verbal and written communication skills

    · SAP/ERP knowledge and experience and Microsoft Office programs

    Preferred Qualifications:

    · Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge and experience

    · Experience in Clinical Trial Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Distribution, Information Technology or other Supply Chain related field

    · Pharmaceutical industry experience and Logistics experience in Clinical Trial Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Planning, Distribution, or other Supply Chain-related field highly preferred

    · Process improvement / Lean / Six Sigma experience, training or certification

    · Customer mind-set, with strong collaboration, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills, and ability to influence without authority
