    A leader for AI and Data Products in Supply Chain would drive the development, scaling and implementation of advanced analytical AI tools and products to optimize Supply Chain value and operations. They would lead a team that handles vast data sets and digital products to identify trends and improve decision-making processes across supply chain SCOR Model (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver) as well as work with E2E function like R&D, Commercial and Technology Operations and Risk. The leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring that AI and Data solutions align with business objectives and address operational challenges. Additionally, they would stay current with emerging technologies to integrate innovative solutions into the supply chain. Finally, they would lead initiatives to champion a data-driven, AI enabled and innovative culture within the organization, promoting best practices and AI+data literacy among team members.

    Major Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the vision and strategy for AI and Data products within the supply chain domain, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

    • Product Development: Participate in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through development to deployment, with a focus on Technical Product Management, ensuring products meet market demands and business user needs.

    • Talent Development: Ensure team is continuously learning and building future state skills.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, teams to ensure successful product integration.

    • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in AI applications for supply chain management.

    • Stakeholder Engagement: Champion relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to support product development and critical initiatives.

    • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product effectiveness and drive continuous improvement in AI solutions.

    • Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and manage a diverse team of Technical and SC knowledgeable functional analysts. Offer mentorship and support to team members for their professional development, ensuring alignment with the organization’s technical vision.

Lower the barriers for decision-making to promote swift action, while ensuring clear communication of goals and organizational vision.

    Required:

    • A bachelor’s degree in digital leadership, software engineering, information technology, or a related field.

    • Implementation of Artificial Intelligence or Intelligent Automation solutions and quantifiable metrics that speak to the value proposition.

    • Minimum of 3 years with industry-leading IA and Data product experience

    • Consistent track record of successfully delivering complex customer facing solutions across the domain using the Agile framework.

    • Understanding of API and microservices architecture. Strong experience leading teams through the design, development and scaling of products

    • Developing and deploying 3E Value Creation framework to articulate value of AI and Data Product.

    • Ability to understand the AI and Data needs and correlate the terms in the supply chain; supply chain functional knowledge is required. Consistent track record of successfully completing the innovation pipeline, from business idea creation to capital acquisition and implementation.

    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

    Preferred:

    • Minimum of 10 years leading technical teams and collaborating closely with business executives.

    • Minimum 5 years of leading IA/AI and Data Teams

    • Minimum of 5 years prior experience with the Supply Chain

    • Demonstrated strength in examining issues, shaping strategy & influencing effectively across the organization, driving people, process & technology change.

    • Given the global nature of the position, the applicant will have knowledge of regional cultural nuances and a track record of working across time zones. Managing the demands of multicultural and multiregional product owners is the goal.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $246,500 to $333,500.

    Bonus: - The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.

    The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

    ·Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

    o Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

    o Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

    o Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
