    Job Description:

    Stamford Health is looking for a  Radiology Registrar for out patient Radiology department on the Main campus. HOURS: FULL TIME- MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00 AM TO 4:00 PM.

     The Radiology Registrar performs a variety of Registrar duties for Diagnostic Radiology for all Modalities. Greets and receives patients, visitors, attending physicians, residents, etc. Processes and registers patient orders. Communicates protocols for ABN forms to staff and patients. Obtains scripts and labs results from physicians' offices, answers telephones for multiples area within Diagnostic Radiology. Prints daily schedules. Assists Radiologists, co-workers and management as needed. Acting receptionist for the Department, performs all clerical related job duties, acts as a liaison for other Departments within SH and Radiology. Communications with physicians and office staff as needed.
