Job Description
The Strategic Projects Coordinator (SPC) will work closely with all leaders across the organization and community to manage the planning and implementation of organization-wide strategic initiatives. The SPC will establish processes to support the growth, development and operational effectiveness of all current and future KVH service line and participate in assessing and identifying new service opportunities and partnerships, with focus on bridging gaps between community healthcare needs and services offered through current healthcare system. The position is responsible for establishing client relationships, including those with community-based clinics, entities and other referral sources, and will liaise between the District, strategic partners, and KVH practices to communicate services, secure input regarding referrals and advocate for the practices. This position serves as the face of service lines to the public, RFP (request for proposal) response, service line research, and provides assistance with business contract negotiations, as directed by Administration and may be requested to represent KVH with collaborative organizations.

Additional Information
Wage: Wage range starts at $106,080/year to $164,320/year. Actual wage will be determined based on previous years' of applicable experience.
FTE: 1.0 = 40 hours/week; Exempt
