Suicide Prevention and Postvention Clinician

We’re looking for a mission-driven, compassionate professional to join our dynamic team supporting schools, communities, and workplaces across Massachusetts and beyond. In this unique and impactful role, the Suicide Prevention and Postvention Clinician provides trauma-informed clinical support and expert consultation following suicide-related incidents, and delivers engaging, evidence-based training to a variety of audiences.
What You’ll Do:
As a valued member of our team, the Suicide Prevention and Postvention Clinician will:
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week; **** Generally, this will be M-F 9-5 with flexibility **** Some flexibility may be required to support urgent response needs or training schedules. Travel across Massachusetts is expected.
Pay Rate Range:
$75,000 – $80,000/year, depending on experience

Required Skills
Proven ability to build rapport and work cross-culturally with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds
Understanding of and sensitivity to the needs of a neurodiverse population
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation; willingness to travel throughout the region for responses and training
