  • Responsibilities

    AAC Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Project Administrator to support administrative and logistics/supply sections of the Marine Corps Cyber Operations Group (MCCOG). MCCOG is a specialized unit responsible for overseeing and executing defensive cyber operations, network operations, and cybersecurity for Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN). MCCOG provides centralized management and protection of Marine Corps networks, ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of critical information systems and networks. It supports the overall mission readiness of the Marine Corps by defending against cyber threats, ensuring operational security, and supporting the Marines in cyberspace operations worldwide. Responsible for preparing and maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, and methods, including user manuals, reference manuals, etc. Maintain a current internal documentation library. Provide or coordinate special documentation services as required. This position has upward mobility and career growth opportunities. You can expect to have your clearance upgrade within 12 months.

    Security Requirements: Must possess a SECRET and be clearable to TOP SECRET.`

    Location: Onsite at Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia.

    Ad-hoc telework is authorized only with prior Government Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) approval.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    · Be able to utilize and understand the features of Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

    · Be able to utilize and understand the features of Adobe Acrobat.

    · Familiar and able to leverage editing software like ChatGPT.

    · Familiar and able to leverage Microsoft Teams and other teleconferencing software

    Desired Experience:

    · Be familiar with the Marine Corps

    · Be familiar with the MCCOG and its mission. NOTE: The ideal candidate will not be a cybersecurity professional

    · Be a self starter, flexible, and be willing to do extra & unique assignments

    · Two years experience of writing, reviewing and editing documents. Ideally the two years experience is with a federal agency or supporting a federal agency is a plus.

    • Knowledge of construction and scheduling techniques
    • Knowledge of estimating, engineering, scheduling, and project management software a plus
