Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for Supply Chain Process Leader in Cincinnati, OH.
Position Summary:
Process Owner and Driver for the Supply Chain Product Implementation Strategies ie) Product Configuration Set up, Phase in Phase (PIPO) out of components and finished goods across the EndoMech and Energy Franchises.
Ensures project implementation strategy is in place and tracks progress of the execution to prevent customer service and financial impact.
Supports project leaders in issue resolution with multiple internal and external partners.
Collects and analyzes data to drive escalations and governance decisions.
Drives process improvements and process expansion, develops processes and procedures. Creation and update of work instructions.
Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads the bi-weekly tracking meetings across multiple internal and external stakeholders
Leads and supports kick off strategy meetings. Ensures participation on multiple internal and external partners. Leads RACI conversations
Drives process improvements and process expansion, develops processes and procedures. Creation and update of work instructions.
Analyze data, ensure integrity and reports metrics.
Leads the escalations and helps governance team to make decisions based on data.
Qualifications
University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent is required.
6-8 Year Work Experience in Supply Chain is required.
Experience in planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, supply chain is required.
ERP system knowledge is required.
Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain principles and practices, and procedures is required.
Ability to enter data on spread sheet and database applications is required.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse partner and network is required.
Position may require up to 10% travel.
APICS Certification or Process Excellence is preferred.
