    Talent Acquisition Coordinator

    Are you looking to get into Human Resources and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced, and collaborative environment? Riverside Community Care is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to become part of our energetic Talent Acquisition team! Riverside is an award winning, non-profit organization providing mental healthcare and human services to over 40,000 individuals across Massachusetts.

    As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide: administrative, logistical, and recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding (TA) team, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure efficiency and accuracy throughout the TA process.

    Other tasks for this role include:

    • Maintains ATS database, awareness of priority jobs, and run resume searches
    • Posts all job vacancies on other external platforms and publications
    • Assists in resume and telephone screening candidates as well as fielding candidate follow up communication
    • Coordinates Internship program
    • Leads sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume
    • Organizes and signs the TA team up to attend job fairs, establishes and maintains relationships with colleges/universities, MassHire Offices throughout MA, Chamber of Commerce partnerships, advertisement sites, and community organization
    • Attends job fairs and assists with various projects as assigned

    Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a team environment, show ownership over projects, have excellent networking, communication, and problem-solving abilities, is flexible, and has a sincere interest in human services.

    Pay Rate: $23.69/hourly

    Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (40 hours per week)

    Location: Remote with travel to Dedham office and Rhode Island/Massachusetts based job fairs/events/new employee orientations

    Required Skills

    • Intermediate level computer fluency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, required. Must be able to create spreadsheets, charts, and graphs, and to maintain professional correspondence.
    • Knowledge of HR software/systems preferred.
    • Must have strong verbal communication skills and be very comfortable using the telephone.
    • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and possess good follow up and follow through skills.
    • Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred ; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • 2 years of Administrative experience and 1 year of Talent Acquisition preferred.
