Technology Support Specialist - Full Time (40 hours/week)
Job Description
The Technology Support Specialist I uses technical background and knowledge to provide timely and knowledgeable customer support for computers and peripherals and software applications. Clearly documents requests for service within the Helpdesk application and collects pertinent information for issues to be escalated to Tier 2. Creates and administers user accounts including rights, security and group membership and user profile administration. Configures and deploys computers and peripherals, and PC-based software.

Additional Information
Wage: Wage range currently starts at $29.06 and goes up to $44.04/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.
FTE: 1.0 (40 hours/week)
Benefits: This position is not benefits eligible
