Qualifications
- Previous corporate transactional experience with a demonstrable knowledge of mergers and acquisitions.
- Extensive legal research experience.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe, with an ability to quickly learn new functions and applications.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and objectives and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and support staff.
- Demonstrate professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to deliver clear, concise, and accurate messages to others verbally and in writing.
- Initiative to be able to take independent actions within a scope of authority and ask for, and offer, help when needed.
